Veteran

I am collecting images of people who support the veterans of the Armed Forces, these images shall be used in a format as yet to be realised and will is intended to raise public awareness of this countries veterans, as a former Parachute Regiment Soldier myself this is a cause close to my heart..
The images that I am collecting are have a special message as they are of individuals not only supporting the veterans themselves in general, but who also support a call for the now established National Veterans Day (27 June) to become a public holiday.
I have started a facebook group entitled 'Veterans - a Public Holiday' and will also organise an e-petition to run in tandem. I have no fixed numbers to aim at for completion there is however a fixed date when the petition and the facebook figures will be presented to Downing street and is intended from the outset to co-incide with the launch of the onemillion project exhibition, this will not only further the veterans cause which is the primary function, but also to act as a catalyst to promote National Television and media coverage of the Exibition.
